to use seamless backgrounds is to suspend them from a crossbar running
between two heavy-duty stands.
Any number of painted and printed designs, patterns, and scenes, usually
on canvas, are also available for use as backgrounds. ey can be pricey, but
will last forever. Some are designed for use as self-supporting, “stand-alone”
panels. Others are hung from the same sort of background stands used to
hold seamless paper.
In addition, we also use backgrounds that we have made from plywood
sheets painted the way we wanted. Figure 11.8 shows a background using
corrugated metal.
COMPUTERS AND ASSOCIATED GEAR
If you are like most photographers we know, you will want to equip your
studio with one or m
