Keep the camera as far from the subject as possible to minimize perspec-
tive distortion. en, correct the distortion in postproduction. However,
digitally removing the distortion is not an ideal solution. is sort of image
manipulation always results in some quality loss.
Keep these solutions in mind as an available option if circumstances
force it upon you. A bad remedy may be better than no remedy. If you use
this alternative, be sure to compose your picture with a generous amount of
extra space around the subject. You will have to crop the trapezoidal pro-
jected image to t the rectangular print.
