COMPLICATIONS FROM NONGLASS SUBJECTS
e information that we have presented so far in this chapter is all we need
to light glass subjects. However, in many cases, we need to include nonglass
objects in the same picture. e best lighting for the glass may be the worst
lighting for the rest of the scene.
As examples, we will look at the two subjects most likely to accompany
glass: a liquid in a glass and a label on a bottle. e remedies we propose will
be useful for other subjects as well.
