So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to Say No to More Work
As you proceed with the collaborative decisions, you may find you have too much work for the people you have available. In fact, in many healthy organizations, you do have too much work to do for the people you have available. No matter who you are, at some point you will have to say no to someone asking you to do more work.
