I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

I’ve said before that the ideal way to manage the project portfolio is to flow work through the teams. I’ve also said it’s better if people can work on one project at a time. One way to show this is with a project portfolio kanban for several teams at a time.
If you use a chart such as the Possible Project Portfolio Kanban, you can see which projects are in the backlog, which are in progress, and when you predict the projects might be done. This is more of a calendar view. For me, this is a kanban because each team has just one project. We can visualize the work and limit the work for each team.
