Most of this chapter is devoted to procedures for changing the appearance of particular chart elements. However, if you've already got one chart set up just the way you want it, you can use that chart as a model for others.
To transfer the formats of one chart to another:
Select the chart area of the chart whose formats you want to copy.
Choose Edit, Copy. If the Copy command is unavailable, you haven't selected the chart area of the source chart.
Select the other chart.
Choose Edit, Paste Special, and select the Formats option.
Note that when you copy formats from one chart to another, you copy all formatting decisions, including any scaling choices you made. If your second chart plots values in a different ...
