I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Moving the Dock
The Dock normally appears on the bottom of the screen. However, you can make it appear on the left or right of the screen, as shown in Figure 5-3. To change the position of the Dock, you can use the Apple menu or the System Preferences window.

To change the location of the Dock using the Apple menu, do this:
Click the Apple menu and choose Dock. A submenu appears (see Figure 5-1).
Choose Position on Left, Position on Bottom, or Position on Right. The Dock moves to its new location on the screen.
