You can tell when a program supports full-screen viewing by looking for the Full Screen icon, which looks like two diagonally pointing arrows, in the upper-right corner of the program window, as shown in Figure 6-1.

To see how full-screen viewing works in Safari, follow these steps:
Click the Safari icon that appears on the Dock. The Safari window appears.
Click the Full Screen icon (the two diagonally pointing arrows) in the upper-right corner of the Safari window. Notice how the Safari window expands to fill the entire screen, as shown in Figure 6-2.
