I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
22.3. Communication
The above discussion assumes communication between TPS instances. In some cases specific application protocols are needed, for example, an atomic commitment protocol. Application protocols are implemented above general communications protocols such as remote procedure call (Section 16.7) or some form of message passing. Specific examples are a clock synchronization protocol (Section 7.6.4) and a two-phase commit protocol (Section 22.8).
