Exercise B: Adding Details and Updating the Network for an Ongoing Project
It is important to be able to make mid-project adjustments to a project schedule to reflect the latest information and update the schedule accordingly. Maintaining up-to-date MS Project plans allows you to generate the latest cost information, earned value or other status updates, and any additional reports that will help keep track of the ongoing project.
