I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

manage their life outcomes. This isn’t bad as such – but
if someone chooses to roll a life dice then they have to
accept that their life may well feel out of control and
purposeless. Sometimes it is important for the client
to understand that an outcome is not a fixed point – it
will always be transitory because we have no control
over what life will do to us. On this basis it can help
the client to pick a goal – irrespective of what it is –
just to get something in the firing sights to ensure that
mobilisation takes place and the client can learn to value
the benefit of a clear goal.
