Using the AIM & DRIVE process through the supply chain requires a lot of discipline. The companies that introduced this process were first looked on with a great deal of suspicion. Even when suppliers or customers agreed to work together on the process, there were times when the whip needed to be cracked in order to keep the teams on track with their respective implementation plans.
