During the verification phase of the AIM & DRIVE process it is important to go back to the analogy of a river. Be flexible and adapt to change. Sometimes when a team takes on a project at an AIM & DRIVE workshop, the right people may not be present despite the best intentions of both the customer and supplier companies. During the course of the workshop, certain strategic options are discussed, risks and benefits evaluated, and a strategy chosen for implementation.
