them, and they know it, and that is the best kind of support you can
give someone.
One of my biggest breakthroughs was when I asked my Notion
trainer, “What about asking a bad question?” The response was, “Yeah,
I don’t know what one of those is. You know, there isn’t one. Just ask a
different question.”
If you commit to asking powerful questions, it can truly be trans-
formational. My company survived, and my career has flourished. I
started my journey into developing my Operational Coaching skills to
find a Plan B, and instead I’ve ended up doing Plan A better.
