26.1Putting It All Together
So far, you have learned about preventing and solving problems, as well as making decisions. I have given you roadmaps to follow for each of the three actions that you or your organization will be faced with as you do your jobs. When or where to use each of these roadmaps will be obvious to most of you, but for some, it won’t be. It is for these people that I end this book with this chapter on assessment of needs.
