So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Make sure your love making is making love
There aren’t a lot of Rules in this book about sex, as you may have noticed. That’s not because it isn’t important – of course it is. It’s just that there aren’t that many Rules about it, and certainly not many that have anything to do with love. You probably spend as much time in your relationship washing up or doing the shopping or watching TV or sleeping as you do having sex, and there aren’t any Rules here about those either.
But there is one important Rule about sex that does belong here. Indeed it’s not only about sex itself but also about holding hands, kissing, foreplay and every other act of physical intimacy with your partner, however small.
