I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This is so simple I don’t understand why I’m writing it. Except that I meet a depressing number of people who don’t seem to have grasped it.
I know this chap who is really gregarious and always has loads of friends. He somehow finds time for them all, and manages to make them all feel special. When they’re in trouble, he’s always there for them. I don’t know how he finds the time because he’s a working family man. But he always does.* He’s a good listener and he’s very good at making endless cups of tea and handing round biscuits. He even finds time to raise money for local charities too.
