I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Never give advice*
OK, this can be a toughie sometimes, so I hope you’re ready for it. The bottom line is that you just don’t offer your friends advice. Ever. Not even when you can see they’re making the most terrible mistake. Not even when you’re quite sure they’ll regret it for ever. Not even when you know exactly what they ought to do.
What makes you so damn sure you’re right, anyway? There was a story in the press recently about a couple whose friends and family all advised them not to get married because it was a huge mistake and they’d regret it all their lives.
