So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Downloading OpenCV
Let's get started by first downloading OpenCV. We could go down the route of getting the pure source files or by getting the prebuilt binaries, both of which have their own pros and cons associated with them. For example, the pure source files version would require us to have every library used within OpenCV and language associated installed and configured to be able to build our own binaries. We will simplify the process just a hair, by going with the prebuilt binaries approach. Follow these steps:
