IntelliMirror
IntelliMirror is a set of features within Windows 2000 that defines the Windows 2000 change and configuration management strategy. IntelliMirror takes advantage of the common Windows client and server operating systems to enable user data and applications, along with their settings, to follow them through the enterprise.
By tracking the location of user data and application settings, IntelliMirror can recover or replace user data and application settings, based on policy. The three features that enable IntelliMirror to function include
