So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Managing the Implementation Project
Project management is all about communication and organization. Although you might have a well-drafted implementation plan, if it is not executed well, the project will likely have problems. Tools as common as Microsoft Project can be used to manage tasks, resources, and schedules. Project methodologies, such as the system life cycle, can be used to conduct the Active Directory implementation. However your organization conducts its projects, planning, testing, communication, and organization will help ensure a successful implementation.
