I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Typical Windows NT 4.0 Administration Models
Windows NT 4.0 Server provides for a few simple administrative models. The typical smaller organization uses the simple administrative model that includes administrators and users. This structure usually contains only a handful of administrators who have the rights for performing all the administrative functions. This includes adding users, groups, servers, hardware components, file shares, creating profiles, and changing policies.
NT 4.0 does provide some level of granularity with printer operators, backup operators, account operators, and server operators. These functions are not used unless the organization becomes so large that the special functions can organizational be divided between individuals. ...
