4. You received a large rush order to be shipped to Centerville and immediately
make all the arrangements to get the product to the customer within 48 hours as
requested. You feel good about being able to respond to this customer’s needs in
such a short time period. However, a few days later, the customer calls extremely
upset saying that they never received the order. You check all the steps you took
to fill the order and verify with the Shipping Department that it was sent to
Centerville as you requested and should have been received on time. Even more
confusing is the fact that later in the week, you get a call from the Receiving
Department that the shipment you sent to Centerville ...
