Wouldn’t You Agree?
An effective sales technique is to ask questions to get the customer’s agreement on a
number of different things. For example:
You could ask the customer,
“Wouldn’t you agree:
That you want the highest quality at the most reasonable price?”
That you want excellent service after you have bought the product
or service?”
That you don’t want to have to keep shopping around to find what
you are looking for?”
That if we told you that if you weren’t completely satisfied, you
could get your money back that this would make your buying
decision easier?”
