PURPOSE
To describe the characteristics of four types of personalities that are often found in
successful people who provide customer service.
DESCRIPTION
Profiles of the Assuring, Engaging, Compelling, and Dynamic customer service
personalities are presented. Participants are given a brief questionnaire relating to their
own customer service personality traits or characteristics. The survey is then analyzed,
and each participant’s customer service profile is identified based on these responses.
