I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Avi 說他已盡全力試著給客戶經理們他們所想要的了。他一直有持續維護待處理項目，
依價值整理，並呈給團隊。他還能如何做得更好？ Roger 根本連從何著手都不知道，但
他知道如果他們不改變，他們只會一直得到相同的結果。唯一不同的是，這次他們會給
團隊一次大型的精神喊話，並讓他們對 Scrum 燃起熱情，而現在他們讓大家很失望。如
果他們不趕快做出一些改變，他覺得他們可能會永遠失去這個團隊。
Eric 說，「秘訣就在於了解你的用戶腦袋裡到底想要什麼。你需要知道他們將如何使用
軟體。更重要的是，你必須知道在衝刺結束時，你建構的軟體到底正不正確。如果是正
確的，你的軟體將一直被使用下去，而你的用戶也將會很開心。」
Roger 感到遲疑，因為從過往經驗他發現用戶在真正開始使用軟體前，鮮少知道他們到
底要什麼。而 Avi 則對於他所扮演的產品負責人角色開始感到有點倒楣。
Avi 問，「我們要如何知道他們想要什麼？」
