6Quit Workgroup Manager and restart your Mac OS X computer.

The Ben Dare account is now configured to exist locally on each system he successfully logs
in to, and files stored in ~/Documents will be synchronized with the Network account.
1On the Mac OS X computer, log in as Ben.
2Click the Create Now button when the confirmation dialog asks ifyou want to create
a portable home directory.

3Open TextEdit, create a text file,and save it to the ~/Documents folder.
4Wait 5 minutes.
5On the server,view Ben’s Document folder type with the Terminal by typing sudo ls ...
