It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
This setting will completely ignore any user names on the client side, and treat any
NFS client as if they were using the Nobody (guest) account on the server.
14 Change the Minimum Security setting to “Kerberos v5 with data integrity and privacy.”
If you are in a fully Kerberos-aware environment, you may be able to take advantage
of some of the new features of NFSv3 that now exist in Mac OS X Server v10.5. This
setting indicates that clients must possess a Kerberos ticket, and it will authenticate
both the client and server as well as encrypt all the NFS network traffic.
