A static background might work well for some projects, but since we have a full 3D tool such as Blender available, making an animated background will look way better.
The plan is to make our plane rotate along the Z-axis, making a 360° turn from frame 1 to 120, repeating the process on a loop. Using that technique will allow you to make an animated background compatible with almost any project length. No matter whether you have 240 or 240,000 frames, Blender will keep spinning your plane.
