The next main characteristic of a material that you will want to look at is reflection. In Blender, you can get full control over reflections with the Glossy BSDF shader.
For instance, select the floor object of our scene and add a new material. Select the material shader as Glossy BSDF, and you will see the same color picker and roughness from the Diffuse BSDF. But here, the roughness will control the behavior of your reflections.
A value of zero for the roughness will create a perfect mirror; anything higher than zero will start to blur the reflection. The maximum value will result in a blurred reflection, as shown in the next screenshot:
