Many organizations, however, operate as if they have only half a brain. And it usually is the left half, where mathematics, facts, analysis and logic reside. I’m not suggesting that these are not essential requirements for success in any organization, they obviously are, but if they are allowed to dominate and right-hemisphere atrophy sets in, then the organization becomes unbalanced and incapable of delivering the types of service experience that are necessary to enhance customer loyalty.
