As you’ll see, there are four main quadrants on this chart (on the chart in the chart pack, each quadrant is divided into a 5 × 5 matrix, making 25 squares, corresponding to the 1 to 10 scores for Performance and Importance). You can then either transfer the Post-it notes from the customer experience journey maps onto this chart, positioning them to correspond with the 1 to 10 scores for Performance and Importance, or create duplicates and place those on this chart (this second option with duplicates is generally better because it then provides two perspectives). ...
