Discussion Questions

  1. Given that your existing PSO, which has been supporting TPM, is now going to support TPM, APM, xPM, and MPx projects, what would you do about organizational structure, staffing, and support functions provided? Be specific and back up your suggestions with valid reasons.
  2. Senior management will always ask what business value they will realize from the PSO. How would you measure the Return On Investment for your PSO? (Be careful — this is a trick question.)
