Do you know what pseudo-science is? Disciplines such as astrology and parapsychology are regarded as pseudo-sciences. You know from our discussion above that science is a method used to test hypotheses in a way that takes account of coincidence, bias and other misleading factors. It follows that if we can’t test a hypothesis or theory, we can’t subject it to scientific investigation.
