It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Now that we have loaded the data into our Python environment, we are going to analyze it to understand how different customers behave and react to different marketing strategies. We are going to follow these steps:
- Overall engagement rate
- Engagement rates by offer type
- Engagement rates by offer type and vehicle class
- Engagement rates by sales channel
- Engagement rates by sales channel and vehicle size
