In general, IAR Embedded Workbench has a very similar feature set to Keil uVision. One major difference is that IAR doesn't have the advanced capability of incorporating modular software packs. Advanced debugging features are a bit more easily accessible and intuitive in IAR versus uVision. The code editor is equally disappointing.
