SEGGER J-Link has been around in many different forms and has grown to encompass several models. Typically, the higher-end models provide faster clock speeds and a richer experience (faster downloads, responsive debugging, and so on). A few EDU models are sold at an extremely large discount for educational purposes (thus the EDU designation). These models are fully featured but may not be used for commercial purposes.

The most common connector used for the Cortex-M is a 0.05" pitch header with the following pinout. Notice, this connector's pinout is the same as the first 10 pins from the Debug+Trace connector (refer to the following diagram).
