Let's look at the Google Cloud SDK installation instructions for Windows:

1. Download the installer from https://dl.google.com/dl/cloudsdk/channels/rapid/GoogleCloudSDKInstaller.exe.
2. Follow the prompts from the installer and install it on your local workstation.
3. After the installer has completed installing the executables on your local workstation, it will prompt you to select different options.
4. Be sure to select the following two:
   • Start Google Cloud SDK Shell
   • Run gcloud init
5. This completes the installation on Windows.
6. A new Command Prompt will be opened and the gcloud init command will be run waiting for prompts from you.
