Creating a Google Cloud Functions user

Let's look at creating a Google Cloud project user who will be a developer for Google Cloud Functions only.

From the Google Cloud IAM console, click on the Add button. It will open up an overlay window with options to create new users and assign them roles:

In the overlay window that opens up, select the new members that you want to create users for in your Google Cloud project.
