Installing on macOS
Take a look at the following installation steps:
- Download the Visual Studio Code installer for Mac from https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=534106
- Double-click on the downloaded package to expand the contents
- Move Visual Studio Code.app to the Applications folder, which makes it available in the Launchpad
- Add Visual Studio Code to your Dock by right-clicking on the icon, then select Options, followed by Keep in Dock.
