It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Customizing a Slide Show Project
If you’ve tweaked an instant slide show, you’ll find the controls in the slide show editor to be familiar—but more powerful.
Adjusting individual photo settings. With the This Slide pane, depending on the theme, you can change the duration of whatever photo is displayed in the slide show editor. You can also add a black and white, sepia, or antique effect.
Note: Some themes allow for shorter photo durations than others and may offer other individual slide options.
