I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
5.5. Obtaining Management Approval
Once the WBS has been initially created, it must pass through management for a final sign-off. In some instances, such as when the project manager and the project team are consultants or vendors integrating the technology into an existing enterprise, the project manager probably won't have to pass every work unit within the WBS through management for approval.
5.5.1. Presenting to the Project Sponsor
The project sponsor, the advocate of the project, will be the first stop on the road to approval of the WBS. The project manager must be prepared to explain any phase of the WBS to the project sponsor.
