So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

History of the TDRp Approach
The Talent Development Reporting principles (TDRp) framework is the result of a two-year effort begun in September 2010 by a group of industry thought leaders and leading practitioners to create a framework of measures and reports much like accountants have in their Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Your authors served as the principal investigators and writers, and the contributors are listed in Table A-1.
