The Talent Development Reporting Principles (TDRp) Framework

The Talent Development Reporting principles (TDRp) framework simplifies the measurement, reporting, and management of learning. We use this framework throughout the book to provide a common language to help you understand the reasons to measure, select the right measures, and know how to share them in the right reports.

At its core, the TDRp framework answers three questions:

1. What are the reasons to measure?

2. What measures should I use?

3. What should I do with them once I have them?
