So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Set design and construction is an art in itself. This chapter contains a brief overview of structures and techniques that are used on professional sets that you may not have been exposed to yet. The primary obstacle to set construction is finding a place where a set can be created. However, guerilla filmmakers often overcome this problem by locating an unused warehouse or barn that can be rented for little or no cost.
