It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

5.1 INTRODUCTION
Industrial construction projects follow certain phases in which the con-
sultants, suppliers, and contractors are involved:
• Project initiation/conceptual study
• Project planning/feasibility study and programming
• Project implementation
• Design
• Building
• Testing
• Guarantee period
