So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

6.12.9 Contract Administration in the Design Phase
• Purpose
• Ensure that consultants’ documents are complete and coordi-
nated with outside consultants.
• In TK (turnkey) and DC (design–construct) contracts, ensure
compliance with contract requirements.
e consultants’ performance in relation to the contract involves the
following:
• Review that the consultants’ discretionary inspection is carried out
and spot-check that the consultants’ control plans and checklists for
the project are used.
• Review request documents before they are sent out.
• Conduct quality audits.
