Since the request documents are not only technical documents, but also
legal documents that describe the extent of contract work, it is important
that responsibilities be claried. Early on, who is drawing, describing, deliv-
ering, unloading, transporting, storing, installing, and connecting dierent
products must be claried. In the contract and construction documents, it
must be crystal clear who does what. is must be agreed during the design
phase and noted in a distinction list. See Appendices G and H.
