Since the request documents are not only technical documents, but also

legal documents that describe the extent of contract work, it is important

that responsibilities be claried. Early on, who is drawing, describing, deliv-

ering, unloading, transporting, storing, installing, and connecting dierent

products must be claried. In the contract and construction documents, it

must be crystal clear who does what. is must be agreed during the design

phase and noted in a distinction list. See Appendices G and H.
