When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Quotas and limits
Google App Engine comes with predefined quotas. These default quotas can be changed via the hamburger menu, under IAM & Admin | Quotas. From this menu, we can review the current quotas and request an increase to these limits. You should be aware of the limits for each service as this can have an impact on your scalability. For App Engine, we should be aware of the following quotas:
- Free quotas: For each application, you are allowed a certain amount of resources for free. This quota can be exceeded only for paid applications.
- Spending limits: This quota is used to control the limits you spend. It can be set by the project owner or billing administrator.
- Safety limits: This quota is set by Google to protect App Engine.
