When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Backup and recovery
We have mentioned backup and recovery previously when we created a new instance. We can create a backup schedule and trigger an on-demand backup from our console or command line whenever required. If we want to edit our instance, we have to check the backup schedule that we have configured or change the backup time if necessary:
Backups are, obviously, a way to restore our data from a certain period of time in the event of corruption or data loss. Cloud SQL gives us the option to restore data back to the original instance or to a different instance. Both methods will overwrite all of the current data on the target instance. ...
